Responsibilities:
1. Coordination of marketing projects with internal stakeholders: aftersales activities, financial and credit programms with sales department, fleet activities supervision and all other internal stakeholders projects support
2. Management of annual calendar of sales and aftersales mutual projects, planning of resources and budget, communication with other sections/departments if their involvement is necessary
3. Communication materials development & formats adaptation according to internal stakeholders needs and briefs together with creative&media agencies
4. Production of creative materials (photo, video, audio, catalogues, other formats) according to internal stakeholders needs and briefs
5. Planning, accounting and reporting of all media placement (if applicable)
6. Coordination of agencies: briefing, management, processing and checking results on all ongoing activities
7. Work closely with ATL managers (HAVAL and TANK brands) and deliver support of all launches and activations
8. Work closely with other business units to gather assets and insights for communication executions
9. Monitoring competitors, benchmarking and reporting
10. Coordination of documents flow of applicable projects
Recurements:
- More than 2 years in marketing, experience in automotive industry is preferable (can be on the side of bank in automotive section or aftersales marketing). Experience in project managment and marketing projects support.
- Strong project management skills; excellent knowledge and understanding of all marketing processes; strong communication skills; knowledge of Russian marketing landscape
- Proactive, detail-oriented and highly-organized with strong project management and planning skills.
- Multitasking, ability to manage a big scope of projects, collaborate and co-create with different stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office (focus on Excel and Power Point); 1C expericence, Diadoc experience
- English – intermediate and higher
