ПодробнееHilton Garden Inn hotel is seeking a disciplined, responsible and customer service driven Sales Manager to join the team.
Based within the hotel, you will work closely with the Sales Director to assist in driving strategy and top line revenue via various sources; strive to achieve budget and sales targets. This exciting role offers the opportunity to gain experience within various market segments.
Job summary:
- Represents the Hotel and Hilton brand to potential and current clients;
- Good understanding of the local market;
- Proactive sales;
- Achieves personal sales goals;
- Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery;
- Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of sales objectives;
- Drives revenue by proactively soliciting new and existing business, sourcing new accounts, and re-soliciting past business leads;
- Participating in BEO, Sales and internal meetings;
- Supports the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Candidate profile:
- Highly motivated, self-motivated and energetic professional with a hospitality background (1-3 years experience in Hotel Business Industry).
- 1-3 years of experience in Hotel Sales (International branded hotels is an advantage)
- Business English, positive attitude and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Opera PMS, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook
- A passion for sales and the hospitality sphere
- Good knowledge of the local market
- Able to make reports and contracts
- Degree in the Hospitality business is an advantage
- Demonstrated previous experience in a Sales role with the proven ability to close a sale
- Ability to work well under time pressure
- Excellent grooming standards
Terms of employment:
- Working in the international hotel chain
- Full-time position; 5/2
- Corporate studying in HU
