Genesis MCN is looking for Head of Growth who will support and develop our existing business. We need a person who is interested in media business as well as having strong communication and analytical skills. We have a competitive salary and very interesting and challenging workflow. We are considering candidates from Almaty and Astana.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the MCN market – strengths and weaknesses of competitors (SWOT analysis), comparison with Genesis operations, development of recommendations for improvement;
• Analysis of international YouTube markets by geography – Internet penetration, the number of YouTube users, the situation and trends in the advertising market, regulatory, tax, currency and economic situation;
• Compiling databases of YouTube channels/partners that meet partnership criteria – segmentation by content type, number of subscribers, CPM/RPM and other criteria;
• Preparation and distribution of commercial offers to partners by using email/Facebook/Instagram tools;
• Making calls and meetings with partners about the terms of cooperation;
• Team control – planning, coordination, task setting, motivation and employee development.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a sales manager for at least 1 year;
• Fluent English;
• Strong communication / sales skills;
• Analytical and structural thinking, strong mental math skills;
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint / Excel.
