Key Responsibilities:

Marketing digital strategy development and implementation, plan and fact approach

Analysis of data and key marketing indicators, assessment and reporting

Unit-economics and marketing budget calculation and implementation. Monitor & control budget spending monthly.

Running of SEO, multi language KW collecting,
-
PPC and targeted advertising, performance evaluation
-
Managing of SMM strategy (Instagram, tik-tok, facebook, LinkedIn, youtube)
-
Shopify website managing and developing (in marketing in UX points of view)
- Establishing KPIs for project and activities, track performance, report on KPIs.
Additional Responsibilities:

Competitors analysis

Involving of influencers and bloggers, assessment of implemented cooperation
- Loyalty and referral program development

Marketing materials design and preparation
- Research digital marketing best practices and toolsets to identify new opportunities for the company.
Expertise:
- Education: marketing, economics, management
- Experience: 3+ marketing years of work in product company, preferred – B2C, FMCG, European market as advantage
- Fluency in English, Russian
- Excellent project management skills, expertise in email marketing and media campaigns management.
- Excellent computer skills, analytical skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional environment
- Shopify advanced user
