We are generalist and technology-agnostic at heart but are also highly experienced in multiple industries and with various solutions. We are a new company but also part of a larger traditional software outsourcing group that has been in the market for well over 15 years.

The Role

Positive View is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for the creation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns together with internal and external marketing team members. We aim to explore new marketing channels to meet our marketing and company goals: brand awareness, engagement with the brand, lead generation. Thus, you will be the key contributor in channels exploration and development, having particular goals and KPIs.

This role will suit someone who is full of ideas and is confident in motivating others and creating delivery plans which achieve results. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment with a level of ambiguity and at times changing priorities. Having a good network of third-parties (SEO, PPC, Design, etc.) with whom you can collaborate effectively would be a great plus.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Consults with key stakeholders to gather segment requirements for campaign management;

  • Manages the delivery of the plan from conception to execution and analysis;

  • Works independently or in partnership with the creative and product teams to develop campaign content;

  • Works with key team members to prioritize campaigns against critical success factors;

  • Consults with Analytics to evaluate results and makes recommendations to improve performance on an ongoing basis;

  • SEO optimization implementation;

  • SEM campaign management and optimization in Google Ads;

  • Setting up and execution Email Marketing channel and campaigns;

  • Grow social media presence and manage accounts (LinkedIn, IG, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

  • Manage and maintain website content.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 4+ years of related experience in marketing, digital marketing and/or marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results (preferably in B2B software development sphere)

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Solid communications experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment within software development sphere

  • Strong and demonstrable experience managing marketing campaigns (including paid promotion in LinkedIn and other platforms)

  • Ability to understand business nuances and broader competitive context and to communicate with different audiences appropriately and accurately within that context

  • Focused and with incredible attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple communications iterations under deadline pressures

  • Understanding of analytics and ability to use campaign results to optimize communication performance

  • Highly-motivated and independent individual who can take full responsibility for the role delivering key business outcomes

  • Agile experience
