ПодробнееResponsibilities :
- Work as our CMO to drive and organize digital advertising campaigns: including strategy, planning, execution, management, promotional campaigns, communications (both internal and external), and roll-out.
- Manage and oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives.
- Understanding of various paid social and paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), Yahoo-DSP, OTT, Taboola, and other platforms.
- Build creative briefs and timelines to drive internal leads and traffic.
- Build, cultivate, and test new audiences with an understanding of A/B testing on paid banners, landing pages, and email designs.
- Work with an outsourced creative team to develop fresh content on a regular schedule.
- Work closely with the analytics team to monitor and analyze the marketing campaign performance, leveraging data and metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for better results.
- Proven ability to build and deploy robust multi-channel digital plans.
- Be accountable for marketing metrics, aligning measurement and reporting cadence with business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience focused on digital marketing and content development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning systems quickly.
- Exemplary analytical ability, organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or similar.
- Understanding of the Point of Sale and Retail banking industry is a plus
