ПодробнееResponsibilities
- Support the CSO & CMO with hitting the KPIs for the company
- Manage and execute the implementation of growth marketing campaigns across the company’s digital marketing and offline channels, including paid social, SEM, website page/workflow/funnel development, re-marketing, webcasts, and more
- Develop appropriate buyer personas and devise a suitable content marketing strategy that supports better lead conversion
- Define and deliver the best interaction along the buyer and customer journeys through email, mobile, social media
- Work with the country managers to develop and implement account-based selling programs, relevant to their areas
- Define and implement best practices including guidelines for web campaigns, paid and social media, landing pages, brand campaigns, etc.
- Work with the marketing team and ensure company blogs, social media accounts, and websites are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience
- Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall digital marketing efforts and consistency across the company’s media and channels, in collaboration with the central marketing team and country managers
- Leverage Hubspot and analytics tools and report on data to show levers affecting sales conversion/pipeline. Support on reporting on the marketing budget and sales performance, ensuring all spend links to delivering the core business goals
- Oversee the performance and effectiveness of the digital marketing tech stack.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
- 3+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics/SEM rush/SEO/Ads)
- Strong data-driven thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Hubspot expertise (but not essential)

Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
