As a Data Analyst specializing in online marketing, your role will be instrumental in leveraging data to optimize marketing campaigns, enhance website performance, and drive conversion rates. You will be tasked with analyzing various data sources including campaign metrics, website performance analytics, A/B test results, and heat maps to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for performance marketing managers.
Responsibilities:
● Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
● Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize campaigns, A/B test different strategies, and identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
● Monitor website performance, identifying technical issues, user experience bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization to enhance overall digital experience.
● Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders, including senior management, marketing teams, and other key decision-makers.
● Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, demographics, and preferences to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized content.
● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to improve our digital strategy and performance.
● Assist the digital marketing team with end-to-end analytics.
● Be responsible for the assembly and correctness of the data.
● Document the results of your work so that it is replicable and scalable
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and landing pages.
● Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or looker studio, google sheets, SQL.
● Solid understanding of digital marketing channels such as: Google and Meta.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
● English is a mandatory language.
● Experience working in the Affiliate industry would be an advantage.
