As a UA/ Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the company by bringing new users to our app.
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop, execute, and monitor the user acquisition strategy by leveraging various UA channels (Tiktok, Snapchat, UAC etc).
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives and targeting strategies. Identify the most effective combinations that drive UA and conversion.
- Monitor and analyse on key metrics such as conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per install (CPI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
We expect from you:
- Solid knowledge in at least 3-4 marketing channels (preferably Tiktok, Snapchat, UAC, ASA, Facebook, Twitter).
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, develop actionable recommendations and implement them.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Prior experience in online marketing as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer or Retention manager.
- Proficient with Excel.
Nice to have skills:
- Good in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (such as Appsflyer etc.) to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.
- ASO/ASA experience is an advantage.
- UA practices in different GEOs (USA, Tier 1, Tier 2, Asia).
