Trade Marketing Manager
Trade marketing manager has the following major tasks and responsibilities:
Trade marketing and Merchandising tasks
- Prepares a Merchandising (Visibility) plan with a classification of trade-marketing activities and POSM as well as with a detailed segmentation of stores and channels
- Ensures and controls in-store proper visibility of products, display and POSM
- Outlines the necessity in trade-marketing activities per channel / store according to the classification
- Negotiates trade-marketing activities and materials (available and needed) with Customers
- Acts in line with allocated Budgets and Corporate identity rules and Brands fundamentals
POSM development and production
- Negotiates with relevant Advertising agencies / Internal providers the costs of POSM production
- Develops POSM (product info, print materials, displays, brand zones etc) with relative colleagues and agencies
- Allocates and distributes of POSM to customers and internal personnel
- Anticipates the needs in new POSM and opportunities, takes an active part in communicating new POSM internally and externally, ensures timely availability of POSM
- Takes control of trade marketing materials and POSM
- Places orders for POSM with HQ
In-store Demonstrations
- Implements product demonstration policy of the Company
- Prepares a Demonstration plan and organizes in-store demonstrations
- Coaches Demo/promo personnel
- Controls proper use of demonstration samples
- Respects the allocated Demonstration budget
General
- Works in cooperation with relevant sales managers/ trade channels/ agencies and in line with assigned budgets
- Takes an active part in preparation and realization of BTL actions
- participates in development of promotion policy per channel / chain together with relevant colleagues
- Participates in organization of exhibitions / PR-events etc.
- Participates in organization of Dealers’ conferences / company days / product launches / cook shows…
- Reports on a regular basis on the activity results
- Travels to Regions regularly (2 times/qrt)
Requirements:
- pro-active and self-motivated
- able to travel
- with strong communication skills
- good command of English
- driving license
