Lanck Telecom team has been working on global telecommunication market for more than 20 years. Our main projects are related to the development of solutions for international operators, voice data and SMS services. And also we create unique niche products for our clients.

You will:

• Research the telecom and communications industry, technical details and distinctions of communications technology, learn about the company`s telecom products and solutions
• Conduct research to formulate ideas or support writing
• Operate to craft the messaging, framing and modes of delivery for our products information that will resonate with a niche, technically-savvy, and knowledgeable audience
• Develop our business by developing a reading audience and substantiating our brands' authority
• Have an integral role in the Content Team and have as internal customers:

1. Product Teams for materials that are on the marketing side
2. Marketing Team for the copywriting materials
3. You will also be a part of the permanent peer review process of all the content materials going through the Content Team

Skills & experience we look for:

• Effective experience writing in technical or telecom-related industries

• Strong command of the English language and an ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and selling copy as the vast majority of our content is written in English

• Proficient experience interviewing and working with product managers, developers and other team members

• A collaborative mindset. Thriving in situations with many different people and many different points of view

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Stickler for meeting deadlines, even when working on multiple projects at a time

• Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat

Additional expertise that would help:

• 3+ years of copywriting experience

• Knowledge of CAT systems and ability to work with bilingual files (SDL Trados, MemoQ, etc.)

• Understanding of SEO principles and working with the semantic core
