We currently have an opening in our Marketing organization for a responsible and enthusiastic team player who is hungry for experiments and is able to produce quick results in a friendly collaborative environment.
You would be reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and Strategy and will work closely with the International team of multilingual marketers to maintain and grow search presents of the company's many brands.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Run all search engine optimization projects for a number of international multilingual eCommerce websites
- Present and execute year-round SEO strategy and list of tactical projects to achieve business results set by the business unit
- Be responsible for all technical, on-page, and off-page search engine optimization activities that are approved as part of the strategy
- Work in collaboration with the Tech Team to ensure server-side optimization, Core Web Vitals improvement, website architecture, and mobile optimization
- Work in collaboration with the multilingual content team to ensure content creation, optimization, and publishing according to the set KPIs
- Work in collaboration with the PR project lead to ensure off-page optimization according to set KPIs (for link building, guest posting, content distribution)
- Run comprehensive tests and come up with experiments to improve high-quality organic traffic to the core pages as measured by the eCommerce conversion rate and B2B MQL generation
- Provide competitor analysis in organic and paid search, provide actionable insights for the PPC project lead to optimize paid search and display campaigns

Essential requirements
- Strong technical and content SEO skills
- 3-5 year experience managing SEO projects hands-on
- eCommerce SEO experience
- International SEO experience
- On-page (content) SEO experience
- Off-page (link building) SEO experience
- Server-side technical SEO experience
- Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console
- Google Data Studio reporting and dashboarding
- Understanding of and experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization)
Preferred requirements
- Experience working with multi-language content creator / writer team
- PPC experience (Google Ads / Bing Ads / YouTube)
- Project Management experience
- High-volume data organization and analytics experience
- SaaS SEO experience
- Multilingual SEO experience
- Experience working with or being a part of the IT / Tech teams providing server-side optimization
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- SEO experimentation tools and frameworks
- Fluency in least one language from the list in addition to English: Spanish, French, German, Russian, Portuguese.
