About the us:

Viden is a digital consultancy and helps businesses leverage data in growing their brands. We provide strategic consultancy, digital advertising and analytics services to brands across the globe. We specialize in digital marketing working with these main platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.

Viden is a rapidly growing, innovative digital agency with over 30 talented professionals dedicated to creating outstanding digital experiences for our clients. Our diverse team is passionate about staying at the forefront of the digital landscape, and we are looking for a motivated and talented Senior Digital Marketing manager to join us on this journey (work experience of at least 3 years is required).

About the position:

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing manager to join our team of marketing experts. You will be responsible for managing of paid campaigns (search, display, shopping, video, etc.) on Google Ads/Bing Ads, Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads and work with great international eCommerce brands (mainly from the US). Be prepared to work with large marketing budgets and dive deeper into the analytics/numbers as well (reports, data accuracy, etc.). If you are ready to challenge yourself and grow as an expert – this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • development and implementation of digital strategies for various brands

  • planning and management of marketing campaigns (search, discovery, display, etc.); setting up the campaigns; daily accounts management

  • meeting the set KPIs (account/business-level)

  • setting tasks for the designer to produce digital marketing materials (creatives)

  • understanding the principles of digital analytics (CTR, CR, KPIs, etc.)

  • staying on the wave of platform trends/updates, tracking global marketing trends

  • communicating with the clients (written/oral)

Requirements:

  • good command of written and spoken English level (not lower than B2)

  • 3+ years of experience in Internet advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) experience working with large advertising budgets perseverance

  • tech-savvy and data-driven: ready to work with large amounts of data

  • responsibility and focus on results/attention to details

  • ready to work in multitasking mode while putting enough attention to every project
