Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to help our websites generate more leads. We’re driving 2,500,000 visitors monthly to 10 different projects (mostly home improvement) with plenty of room for testing landing pages. The ideal candidate for this role has strong expertise in growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, superior communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a digital marketing environment.

This role is a full-time, work-from-home position. The position reports directly to the Head of Product Growth.

What you will be doing:

• Developing, executing & testing hypotheses to have a significant impact on conversion rates;
• Monitoring analytics and metrics;
• Managing a small team of CRO specialists;
• Performing analysis of competitors, test data, surveys;
• Working alongside a team of media buyers, copywriters, developers, designers, QA, project and product managers.

About you:

• At least 4 years of full-time experience in Growth Marketing / Product Growth;
• You have launched hundreds of A/B tests optimizing landing pages or websites or apps;
• You have proven track record of delivering improvements through CRO for landing pages or websites or apps;
• You are ready to take responsibility, independently form and prioritize the backlog;
• You have experience in working with designers, developers, testers, project and product managers, media buyers;
• You understand good design; you can easily create a mockup;
• You are proficient in Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
• Fluent English language (writing and speaking skills) is a must.
