Who we are looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Content Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in creating, curating, and distributing engaging content across various channels to support our sales team and drive audience growth and brand awareness. Our target audience includes decision-makers in key business roles (CEO, CPO, CMO, Head of Marketing) as well as technical roles (CTO, CIO).

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and curious individual with a passion for crafting compelling stories about technologies and services that improve people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality sales materials, including case studies, pitching decks, landing pages, emails, and ad creatives. These should effectively cover all parts of all the sales funnels;

• Generate engaging articles and social media posts for multiple social channels;

• Arrange content within sales funnels to facilitate the customer journey from the initial ad exposure to form submission, converting visitors into leads;

• Work closely with the Sales & Product teams to present their hypotheses in a compelling form through sales and marketing materials;

• Collaborate with in-house specialists, including developers, and conduct interviews with industry experts to gather relevant input for content generation and obtain valuable insights;

• Collaborate with designers to ensure an optimal visual presentation, incorporating compelling infographics and illustrations;

• Implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines;

• Onboard freelancers and agencies, integrating their contributions into the content creation process;

• Manage the efforts of all specialists involved to foster an efficient team dynamic;

• Manage paid advertising campaigns and budgets for channel testing;

• Create and implement a social content plan to maintain a consistent presence on IMAGA's social platforms, ensuring a reliable and trustworthy brand image;

• Utilize various publication tools and social platforms, such as CMS, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, for content formatting, publishing, and distribution;

• Analyze key metrics, such as audience growth, engagement, and media mentions, to drive data-informed content decisions;

• Generate innovative content ideas and explore new formats.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or relevant roles;

• Excellent command of the English and Russian languages;

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills;

• Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources;

• Proficiency in utilizing modern AI tools to improve content creation efficiency;

• Knowledge of SEO best practices in content adaptation;

• Experience in media planning and content calendar management;

• Ability to identify appropriate contractors for specific tasks and effectively communicate job requirements;

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;

• Creative thinking and a passion for exploring new content formats and approaches.
