We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record of success in selling Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solutions to medium and large enterprises. As the Senior BDM, you will be instrumental in driving our CPaaS solution sales efforts, establishing strong relationships with enterprise clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CPaaS Solution Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new enterprise clients interested in integrating CPaaS solutions into their communication infrastructure.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position our CPaaS solutions effectively and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and discussions with clients to understand their communication challenges, propose tailored CPaaS solutions, and articulate the value proposition clearly.
  • Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of CPaaS capabilities, showcasing how they align with the client's business objectives and can drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure seamless communication between sales and implementation, addressing client requirements accurately.
  • Pipeline Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar role, specifically focused on CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) solutions;
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of the CPaaS industry, trends, and key market players:
  • Successful experience in telecom channel sales;
  • Experience in independently finding clients and closing deals;
  • Strong ability to identify and engage with potential clients and build long-term relationships
  • Proficient in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex CPaaS solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business strategies and decision-making;
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets;
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance;
  • Native English.
