To strengthen our People Department in Kazakhstan, we are looking for a Senior Administrator People Operations (m/w/d) on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) for one year in Almaty as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:

Implements and conducts offboarding and onboarding processes in Kazakhstan.

Develops all required templates (e.g. set of documents for termination, vacation et al.) and policies following the requirements of the Labour Code.

Assists with payroll by providing the external payroll provider with relevant employee information, e.g. vacation, unpaid vacation taken.

Takes part in the relocation process.

Processes hirings, transfers, terminations, etc. in the HRIS system and prepares all documentation for the employee and the personnel files.

Provides timely and accurate guidance to employees, Managers, PBP`s with general HR questions.

Communicates with employees about their documentation and answers mainly complex questions related to his/her area of responsibility.

Keeps records on employees` vacations, leaves, compensation, etc. up to date.

Taking care of due dates of necessary employment documents.

Prepares various reports.

Takes part in monthly data quality check in WorkDay.

Communicates with the state authorities.
Qualifications and Experience:

General understanding of HR Processes
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
-
Good knowledge of 1C, Workday system experience would be an advantage

Strong knowledge of the labor legislation of Kazakhstan
-
3+ years of experience in HR Administration in Kazakhstan

Master or Bachelor Degree
-
Intermediate level of English or higher
-
Experience in building PeopleOps processes from scratch would be an advantage.
