Sales Operations Team supports NetCracker global sales team as information center. Sales Ops track and validate sales data flows in order to provide accurate analytics to sales management. Sales Operations Coordinator tracks information about potential deals through the full sales cycle: from a lead to the deal closure.

Responsibilities (SOW Approval manager):

  • Management of internal approval process of corporate contracts;
  • Coordination of pre-sales activities: contract negotiation, calculation of deals profitability, pipeline support, approval of customer purchase orders;
  • Coordination of conference calls, tracking of meeting notes in English;
  • Constant communication with global sales team and other departments, often at VP level.

Qualification:

  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written forms in English
  • Operational experience with the following packages: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Visio, MS Outlook
  • Personal features: proactive, efficient, motivated, accurate, responsible, communicative person with analytical mind;
  • Relevant university degree in Economics/Finance is a plus;
  • Willingness to go on business trips.
