Responsibilities:
- Coordinating conference calls, tracking of meeting notes in English;
- Coordinating pre-sales activities: pipeline support, preparing and sending out reports for various departments involved in sales;
- Tracking pre-sales effort spent on different projects;
- Managing internal approval process of corporate contracts and purchase orders;
- Working with global sales team and other departments, often at VP level.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English;
- Knowledge of business communication via emailing, presentations, conference meetings; operational experience with the following packages: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook;
- Personal traits: proactive, efficient, motivated, accurate, responsible, communicative person with analytical mind;
Preferable to have:
- Experience in supporting internal departments or working as operational manager/coordinator of business-processes will be benefit;
- Experience and ability of working in a global team;
- Relevant university degree in Economics/Finance is a plus.
