Requirements:
– Experience with CRO;
– At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, working with developers, QAs, designers, etc.;
– Experience managing a marketing project from scratch, including developing a strategy, optimizing processes, defining priorities, setting goals and deadlines, interacting with a cross-functional team, etc.;
– Exceptional grammar and spelling in English;
– Experience with Google Analytics;
– Previous experience working within marketing channels (Adwords, Bing and etc.);
– Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence);
– Basic knowledge of SEO principles/terminology;
– Communication skills, ability to manage a team.
What will you do:
– Manage marketing projects from their launch to completion;
– Develop and implement a marketing strategy;
– Build and optimize a marketing team to increase management efficiency and inter-team cooperation;
– Coordinate and allocate resources necessary for the project's success;
– Manage and minimize project risks;
– Assess project performance using appropriate tools;
– Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget;
– Collaborate closely with all the stakeholders (managers, developers, testers, etc.);
– Work with the team daily and motivate them to achieve the targets set.
