Product Marketing Manager

iFuture has been developing its own international product with a multi-million audience in the field of sports analytics and entertainment for over 25 years, and we are also a resident of the Belarusian HTP.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record of launching and growing digital products (Apps).

We’re looking for an independent team member who will work at the intersection of two teams (marketing and mobile development), help launch new products and lead other digital marketing efforts within the company.

We are growing at a fast pace and are determined to achieve even more growth with the arrival of a new colleague on our team.

What you will do:

• Conduct marketing research for launch new mobile applications which will help us gain more customers for our main product and share insights with the team.
• Develop a deep understanding of our target audience by conducting interviews, structuring findings and ensuring that we all have a great understanding of our TA.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key product stakeholders and decision-makers across product, marketing, IT and customer services.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, develop and launch new products with the help of Product and Marketing.
• Support and assist the Marketing team in finding new sources of traffic and calculation P/L of these sources.

The following requirements are important to us:

• 2,5+ years of experience with similar functionality in IT or digital marketing;
• Knowledge of English at level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and above.
• Successful experience in launching several digital products (Apps).
• Experience with Appsflyer and other mobile ad networks such as IronSource, Unity.
• Confident knowledge of CPM, LTV, CPA and other metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with project stakeholders.
• Experience working with designers, developers, testers, copywriters, project and product managers.

It will be a plus if you:

• have experience in the betting / gambling or gaming industry;
• have the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while staying organized;
• have your own data-driven approach; all decisions you make are backed by solid data, you analyze and research the situation before taking any further steps;
• are solving problems, not just fixing them; dig deep into the core of the problem and find quality solutions to improve the situation for good.
