Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates a work of the PR team;
- Develops and implements PR campaigns with the team;
- Develops the general concept and assists in organizing business events;
- Develops and implements a content plan for internal communication platform;
- Facilitates and assists in writing speeches, presentations, articles for company experts;
- Edits long and short texts in Russian and English;
- Assists in developing and implementing SMM campaigns;
- Develops and implements anti-crisis communication strategy.
Requirements:
- High communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Fluent English and Russian;
- Kazakh language is preferrable;
- Sufficient quantitative and qualitative research skills;
- Strong relevant software skills;
- Broader understanding of social, political, and economic landscape of Kazakhstan;
- Wide network of business contacts, media outlets, event agencies, etc.;
- Broad writing and editing experience;
- Broad understanding of PR, marketing, and event-management trends.
