We're looking for a skilled and ambitious specialist to drive the growth of our Evido platform in the dynamic Caucasus region and other emerging markets.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy to effectively promote (and differentiate) the B2B SaaS solution and enhance its brand visibility;
  • Conception, implementation, and optimization of KPI-driven performance marketing campaigns;
  • Build and manage Facebook Ads (must have), Google Ads, Yandex Direct (BIG advantage), Telegram Ads (nice to have, but we are ready to teach you);
  • Plan reach, traffic, conversions and budget for performance and display ads, depending on the specifics of the market;
  • Attract the planned number of clients, taking into account the planned advertising budget and CAC;
  • Work with end-to-end analytics, initiate and implement hypotheses for testing new performance channels and formats to increase the CRs within the funnel;
  • Conduct tests on new headlines, descriptions, creatives, campaign types, optimization settings and target audiences using common A/B testing tools;
  • Prepare all weekly/monthly/quarterly reports;
  • Collaborate closely with various internal departments (Product, Sales, Design) to drive growth through cross-functional initiatives;
  • Follow the peculiarities of the market, the latest trends and are constantly up to date with all the novelties in digital advertising;
  • Responsible for the whole advertising assets production process including managing designers and localization contractors;
  • Consistently seek improvement opportunities and advancing automation within your domain.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with performance advertising;
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Effective project management skills, adept at handling multiple campaigns simultaneously;
  • A strong grasp of numbers and an analytical mindset, excellent knowledge of web analytics (at least Google Analytics);
  • Excellent command of targeted advertising platforms – Facebook Ads (advanced), Google Ads, Yandex Direct, TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads – big advantage;
  • Experience with advertising in different markets (especially the CIS) will be an advantage;
  • Understanding important metrics for performance advertising and display advertising;
  • Good level of English (Intermediate and higher).
