Performance marketing manager for affiliate program (PPC)

Our offices are in Latvia (Riga), Malta (Sliema), the USA (New York, San Francisco), China (Chongqing), Hong Kong, Colombia (Medellin), Queensland (Australia), Armenia (Erevan), Kenya (Nairobi), and Georgia (Batumi).

Now we’re looking for a Performance marketing manager for the affiliate program (PPC).

As a Performance marketing manager for the affiliate program, you will have to attract affiliates to our affiliate program (datinggroup.io). You will have full ownership of managing PPC (≈ 20%), Display, SEO, Content, and Social Media channels, you will analyze performance and look at ways to improve warm leads to our website.

Responsibilities:

– Plan, implement and deliver activity across various digital marketing channels to generate quality leads to our Affiliate Program site (datinggroup.io):
– Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google ads, Youtube, Meta ads (Facebook ads), LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads
– Email Marketing
– A/B testing of creatives
– Producing photo and video creatives
– Conducting QBR sessions
– Implement a content marketing strategy that will attract partners
– Provide presence on forums and offerwalls
– Affiliate website SEO optimization
– Analyze channel performance on a regular basis including reporting and spotting opportunities to improve on ROI, and improve performance through reporting & analytics

Requirements:

Must have:

– 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Google PPC specialist
– English С1
– Ability to lead a project from inception to completion and analysis
– Resource management, spend budgets planning and management experience
– Strong professional communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation

Nice to have:

– Google AdWords and Analytics certified
– Hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate marketing, and Google Analytics.
