ПодробнееWe seek a highly motivated individual with previous experience managing a brand’s digital marketing and/or e-commerce strategies, including performance and data-driven marketing. This role will be responsible for many aspects of digital marketing including paid media, website execution, CRM and driving business insights via in-depth analysis of user activity.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage content for hotel main website, implement updates via the CMS
- Manage content for Belmond extranet website belmondpro.com, Brand Hub and Info Hub intranets, Belmond Image Library, Belmond App.
- Collaborate work with the global team on web asset developments and branded templates
- Initiate and design content for monthly e-communications
- Assist with the creation of media assets such as promotional videos and photographs, collateral, presentations etc.
- Work with specialized Internet portals and third party websites for hotel and restaurants: posting news, manage listings, administration, review photo content. Ensure every platform has a constant supply of on brand content that is optimized for each channel
- Be familiar with brand hub in order to access branded templates and libraries of collateral and materials to support marketing functions. Ensure digital sales collateral is continually updated
- Manage hotel online reputation management through reviewing responses for hotel across multiple platforms
- Developing joint marketing activities with local and international B2B partner websites, travel trade, consortia and third-party websites (Tripadvisor, Expedia Travelads, Signature Travel network, Virtuoso, AmexTravel, Serandipians by TravellerMade, etc.)
- In collaboration with Belmond brand team to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/PPC, social media, display advertising campaigns for both the hotel and F&B outlets
- Work closely with the brand media and content team to ensure that all assets are fit for format for key channels
- Assist with creation of social media strategy, in line with the Belmond brand guidelines
- Work collaboratively within the team on web asset developments and support corporate and brand on digital marketing initiatives
- Implement search engine optimization measures
- Be aware of products 360 marketing plan and adhere to it
- Monitor performance using reporting tools (Google Analytics, Simply Measured for social media, guest engagement tool for Guest Metrics – NPS, etc )
Required skills:
To carry out your job effectively, you will need to demonstrate proficiency with the following personal skills, qualities and attributes:
SEO, SEM, content marketing, Google / Adobe Analytics, A/B testing skills are necessary.
- Strong analytic and insight skills: ability to deep dive data and translate into actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of website design, HTML5, UX is a bonus
- Knowledge of CMS, email system, marketing automation and CRM tools is an added advantage
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Ability to analyze website performance data (i.e. financial, statistical and/or performance)
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to understand/manipulate basic spreadsheets
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence in order to motivate and influence others
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met
- Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
- Competent in Google suite (mail, calendar, drive sharing), Microsoft PowerPoint
- Luxury brand sensibility: in terms of content, visuals, copy and client experience
- Written and verbal Russian and English at proficiency level
