Responsibilities of the job include:

• Presentation & reporting (Power point and Excel advance skill);
• Analyze of partners marketing activities to engage consumers;
• Keep up with the latest trends, bring up new innovative ideas;
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends;
• Market research;
• Daily,weekly, mounthly reporting and handle all relevant reporting;
• Document flow;
• Marketing projects management, non-standard creative ideas implementation;
• Work at exhibitions;
• Planning a marketing strategy;
• Drawing up a content plan;
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies;
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts;
• Increasing brand awareness and market share;
• Coordinating marketing strategies with other departments;
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget;
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns;
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to general director;
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events;
• Order and prepare marketing products;
• Produce the company's catalog;
• Organize training/seminar (in the field of dentistry/ implantation.

Skills/Licenses:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Proficient in MS office applications (especially excel), PPT, MS-Word, 1C
• Languages: Russian, English
• Team player
• Pro-active with positive and resilient attitude
• Meticulous independent and able to perform under pressure
• Able to multi-task set priorities and meeting deadlines
• Able to handle difficult situations amicably
• Willing to learn and share knowledge with the team
• Good integrity and credibility
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Willingness to go on Business trips (mainly in Russia)
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position (Marketing Communications) ;
• Experience working with dentistry/implantation will be advantageous

Conditions:

• The position is a marketing specialist,
• Russian,English (fluent), Korean is a big plus.
• Salary:80,000- 100,000rub/month
• Partial support meal and phone bills
• Trial period – 3 months
• The Term of Contract: 12 months
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Working hours: 9-18
• Working location: DIO RUS office (NEO GEO), only offline work
