•Develop social media strategy and devise, monitor and evaluate social media activity for Abu Dhabi Plaza projects.
•Manage marketing projects with all the involved stakeholders: advertising, media, research, PR and digital agencies
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Arrange briefs for the agencies, get approvals from Marketing Director on the briefs and be able to arrange agencies briefing (events/creative/digital and SM)
– Be responsible for materials production: advertising campaign, b2b presentations other communication print and digital materials
– Manage the development and implementation of a social media strategy to include social networking, video and blogging etc, to reach and appeal to the different target markets. Arrange and follow content plan for social media. Arrange photographer briefing and video production
– Event strategy. Be able to come up with the event idea, know the market of event and technical production agencies. Technical knowledge in order to understand technical requirements for production.
– Ensure all external resources and agencies used are delivering to agreed targets, expectations, and represent good value.
– Balance return of investment on marketing.
– Research and draft speeches and presentations for senior executives delivered in- and outside the Kazakhstan and ensure that these speeches are in line with Aldar’s corporate strategy and with Abu Dhabi Plaza.
– Develop and deliver editorial counsel to colleagues in other departments.
– Research, draft and edit text for a wide variety of corporate marketing and product communications brochures through the PR agency
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 4+ years of experience.
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Marketing consultancy, Mixed use or commercial assets, International advertising agencies.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
•Excellent English, Russian and Kazak communication skills, both written and verbal
•Team Player
•Ability to prioritize actions
•Commercially aware and able to act in Aldar’s best interests
•Professional manner but able to take firm and timely decisions
•Thoroughness and self-confidence
•Creative thinking, ability to come up with ideas.
