About the Role:

This job requires a high energy person who views challenges as opportunities. You see yourself as a problem solver! You are an analytical mind and ability to see things tactically as well as strategically. Working as a support member of the marketing team, you will maintain the daily operational work in the department. Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the following directions: marketing/sales support, procurement as well as internal managerial & administrative activities and process development, branding support.

In this role you will be responsible for website(s) managements & contractors supervising (website(s) development & support as well as design).

They would also be co-responsible for requests to Marketing processing from internal business units; development processes & development implementation, processing preparation & processing of legal documents.

Marketing Operations Manager will report to Sr. Marketing Ops & Events Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Brand

– Oversee corporate brand book and organize branded assets

– Provide brand training for relevant employees and familiarization of all CT employees

– Provide ongoing updated Salesforce brand information for relevant employees and familiarization of all CT employees

– Oversee brand unification for CT business units under corporate umbrella to ensure alignment with the main brand

– Supervise brand representation: process design requests for visuals, merchandise, event branding & brand integrations etc.

• Marketing Operations/Sales Support

– Develop & implement processes for marketing assets [decks, case studies & other content] creation & distribution

– Assist with talent marketing (development of self-presentation skills training program for SME/delivery)

– Assist with process building/improvement for internal marketing related communications (raising awareness of internal assets/successes/initiatives)

• Financial & Legal

– Assist with maintaining Marketing department budget: prepare monthly payment plans, monthly analysis of fact expenses, bi-weekly expense reports for corporate credit card, invoices processing

– Manage contractor’s relationships, including initial search, SOWs preparation & management, billing and any other related communications

– Maintain department legal & financial documentation ‘storage’

• Management & admin

– Manage Customertimes website, including but not limited to uptime reporting oversite, SEO updates, and design changes

– Assist with on[off]boarding of marketing team members

– Manage the monthly marketing report preparation

– Co-management & ongoing maintenance and optimization of the project/task management tool [Wrike] used by marketing

– Assist with management of marketing team SharePoint portals; this may require collaboration with IT department from time to time.

– Managing internal [non work related] marketing team activitie

Requirements:

• Strong English speaker and excellent communicator

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous experience in Operations [Business/Marketing] preferred

• Experience managing vendors preferred

• Ability to work with geographically distributed team

• 2-3 years’ experience in an office/admin environment

• Maintain adaptability and implement changes quickly and efficiently

• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint; task/PM-tools [Wrike/Trello/Monday/JIRA] and WordPress (or other CMS).

• Project management experience a plus

• Design tools (Adobe Photoshop/Figma) a plus

• Marketing Automation Tools [HubSpot] a plus

Conditions:

• Trial period: 3 months

• 20 working days of paid vacation leave per year

• 5 days off per year for personal purposes

• 15 working days of paid sick leave per year with a medical certificate
