Responsibilities:
- Work closely with CX & Commercialization Manager on budgeting, strategy of marketing function
- Fully responsible for implementation of TCM loyalty programs, Luxury Zone marketing, visual standards (seasonal décor, vacant shopfronts coverage), marketing intelligence & presentation materials
- General
- Work closely with CX & Commercialization Manager on budgeting, strategy of marketing function (including event management strategy, digital strategy, decoration strategy, Luxury zone etc)
- Loyalty program and Gift cards
- Develop and implement TCM Loyalty program to drive incremental spend, cross-shopping behavior and customer lifetime value
- Drive and constantly upgrade scheme enhancements that will make to Loyalty program more valuable and rewarding for the customers, such as incentive and benefits
- Management of the Loyalty operation – liaise with tenants, external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure best quality, value and continuous enhancement
- Develop customer retention program across all shopping channels (e.g. in-store, e-commerce, etc.)
- Oversee and develop strategies to increase Gift Card Sales
- Marketing intelligence management
- Create relevant reporting and analytics, present insights as challenges and opportunities, including consumer profiles and segmentations
- Supporting the team with internal presentations (TCM meetings, Annual Marketing Action Plan, Retailer Presentations etc)
- Constantly work to develop a better understanding of our consumers and use that knowledge to create targeted offers and emails, as well as recommending other channels. Consumer experience enhancements – understand current experience and make recommendations on how to improve and implement
- Recommend and implement new and innovative tools for communicating and engaging customers the consumers – Innovation and insights
- Manage insights and data collection from consumers, desktop research and competitor research fed into team decision making
- Management of TCM visual environment
- Maintain visually appealing environment for customers of TCM
- Develop and implements TCM decoration strategy and plan, including all seasonal decorations (Christmas, Spring, Summer and Autumn), provides visual support for seasonal fairs and exhibitions
- Responsible for timely order, production and placement of vacant premises shopfront coverage
- Other necessary or at demand visual or merchandise displays or decorations, incl Luxury zone
- Marketing of TCM Luxury Zone
- Develop and implements TCM Luxury Zone marketing strategy and plan, taking into account the special status of this area, customers’ expectations, interconnection between adjacent hotel/business center/apartment cluster, connections with the main mall etc. This strategy should include all aspects:
- Luxury Zone event strategy
- Luxury Zone tone of voice/ communication/ promise
- Luxury Zone decoration strategy etc
- Other duties as assigned by TCM Director and CX & Commercialization Manager
