Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of The St. Regis Astana. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote the hotel, drive brand awareness, and elevate our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive Marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's overall business goals and objectives.
    • Identify key target markets and create strategies to reach and engage with them effectively.
  2. Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Analyze data and metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts and increase online visibility.
  3. Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand integrity and uphold the high standards of The St. Regis Astana.
  4. Public Relations:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry partners.
    • Coordinate and manage press events, ensuring positive media coverage and brand representation.
  5. Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including the hotel's website, social media, and marketing collateral.
    • Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos and visuals, to enhance brand storytelling.
  6. Event Marketing:
    • Plan and execute marketing initiatives for special events, promotions, and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the events team to maximize promotional opportunities and drive attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry.
