ПодробнееOverall Purpose of The Job:
The Marketing Executive’s primary role will be to enhance the profile of the clinic business, boost brand awareness and increase both B2B and B2C subscribers.

List of responsibilities:
- PR & Social Media
- Manage the PR Agenda to support brand awareness and lead generation
- Identify suitable media opportunities for targeted trade press
- Manage the relationship with our PR/marketing agency incl. delivering against objectives
- Define PR strategy for clinic business in both Astana and Almaty
- Optimize social media channels for PR activities
- Work together with Marketing Manager, CIS to optimize reach across targeted platforms
- Develop, plan and implement monthly marketing calendar working closely with the clinic manager and medical teams
- Event & Campaign Management
- Manage webinar and other event-related campaigns from start to finish incl. list analysis, reporting and campaign measurement
- Support partnership team with lead generation opportunities
- Optimize social media channels for events
- Explore online event channel options to increase reach (LinkedIn Events, local platforms,)
- Data Visualization, Creative & Collateral
- Support the Marketing Team by using data visualization tools to enhance our content (PowerPoints, emails, landing pages, etc.)
- Be the go-to person for video editing
- Support the Marketing Executive Content in enhancing our storytelling content, incl. creating engaging client testimonials
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience working on social media campaigns (evidence required) and in depth working knowledge of all major social media platforms and analytics (FB, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian and English
- Experience in developing and executing direct client communication activities
- Experience and knowledge of video editing tools as well as data visualization tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously and drive change.
- Strong planning and organization skills with the experience to develop campaigns by adopting a consultative approach with the content expert.
- Adaptable, agile minded.
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent, with a specialty in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
- Previous experience working for or with companies in the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Six (6) month contact with the option to extend
