Support the Russian sales team with marketing activities and programs to aid our sales process

Coordinate those marketing programs with global colleagues

Develop relationships with analysts and industry influencers

Email marketing (creating and translating content, database segmentation for email campaigns, developing and maintaining emailing calendar)

Organize webinars and virtual events directly and with our key go-to-market partners

Develop our social media channels by writing posts, press releases and articles
-
Support customer marketing activities by registering users, assisting with marketing pilots, running reports
-
Assist with creation of presentations, Translation and localization of various materials, including white papers and infographics
-
Qualify the leads generated thanks to your marketing initiatives

Managing web-site: updating with content, SEO optimization, continuous localization

Competition research, industry overview
-
Organizing and participating in offline events (conferences) – shortlisting events, booth, paperwork etc

Promo-materials/ sales kit / client gifts – finding providers, coordinating with designers (1-2 times a year)
You’ll love this job if you
- Have 3 years of marketing experience
-
Have a passion for B2B marketing, communication
-
Native in Russian, fluent in English (speaking skills and a superb written communication). Fluency in a second foreign language will be a plus)

Have experience in results-driven marketing to HR or corporate L&D

Have knowledge of Marketing Cloud + Salesforce (this would be a big plus)

Are organized and understand data

Are detail oriented, multi-tasker and can work collaboratively in office and remote environment
