Your tasks:

  • Development and implementation of a strategic approach to the the Wialon community, in the framework of the overall marketing strategy
  • Together with dedicated teams creating relevant content and handling its spread over community channels so that all themes and topical requests get covered (the channels include forum, chats, online and offline events, professional communities outside ours, social media platforms)
  • Implementing tactics to build and develop relationships within the community
  • Encouraging different players from the Wialon team to be active within the community
  • Using community as the platform for research, gaining feedback, and hypos testing
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Wialon updates and overall telematics & IoT industry trends
  • Enabling responses to partners’ comments and questions in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and feedbacking on engagement / conversation via community channels to stakeholders

All in all, the major responsibility is to handle general control over all the community channels to ensure they are efficient in terms of:

  • timely content spread
  • partners activity
  • Wialon team members' activity
  • technical aspects
  • monitoring and feedback to all the stakeholders

What we expect from our future colleague:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the community management or a similar client facing role, both in the framework of its strategic part and tactical tasks
  • Experience launching community initiatives and developing tools for their launch (e.g. building or developing online forum٫ launching an ambassador program٫ creating offline or online events, holding surveys, developing moderation policy, etc)
  • Ability to discern, communicate through stakeholders, and uphold community management strategy and guidelines
  • Knowledge of social media channels and platforms, as well as of marketing in general and marketing practices
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (for offline and online activities within the channels)
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English and Russian

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in any client-facing role (customer service, sales, forum or social media moderation) would be considered an asset
  • Experience in SMM, influencer marketing or brand management
  • Personal interest in B2B model and the role of partner’s community in the company’s growth would make it much more interesting to deliver within this position
  • People management experience
