· Realization of PR strategy
· Buildup of the company’s expert image, rollout and promotion of KPMG brand on the market
· Supporting social media promotion efforts in tandem with other Marketing & Communications functions (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram)
· Writing and editing content in support of PR efforts, external communications, and client/alumni outreach. Content examples includes media pitches, talking points, press releases, event announcements
· Drafting content, supervising administrative part, developing the channels for website promotion
· Supervising communications with mass media (establishing media relations), development and implementation of personal branding strategies for company leaders, directors;
· Maintaining news placements and supports the timely dissemination of media mentions about the firm, its strategic initiatives to firm management and others as appropriate
· Building relationships with key community leaders to grow industry awareness
· Tracks analytics regarding PR and external communications efforts of competition a continuous basis
· Supporting the creation of multimedia content. Assists with video production efforts in tandem with other Marketing & Communications functions
· Procuring the company's high-profile presence in national and international professional ratings/ directories/lists awards programs by identifying and confirming opportunities to promote the firm, practices, and strategic initiatives for appropriate rankings, surveys, and lists; maintaining the annual calendar; drafting and editing submissions; securing timely approvals; and supporting the project management of directory submissions.
· Event management: seminars, business breakfasts, webinars / practicums
· Coordination of participation of managing partner and company leaders in professional events as guest-speakers and delegates
· Coordination of cooperation with business associations
· Conducting trainings for company staff on PR and communication issues
· Fostering community relations through events and through involvement in community initiatives and encouraging company staff to participate.
· Work with global and local thought leadership to leverage and promote relevant content
· Active promotion of the content, experts and brand in social media.
Requirements:
· Innovative, positive and challange-addict
· Strong writing and analytical skills
· Press office experience in a corporate environment in b2b
· University degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Economics, Political Science
Expertise on public administration and government relations
· Fluent Russian, Uzbek and English
