ПодробнееJob responsibilities and requirements:
- Apply well-developed consulting skills and an in-depth functional knowledge in the execution of strategy assignments in Mining & Metals.
- Graduates strongly from Faculty of Mining Engineering and Mineral Processing.
- We are looking for candidates with operations background from Russian companies (Nornickel, Polymetal, Severstal, Polyus, UMMC, RCC) and Kazakhstan companies (Kazzinc, Kaz Minerals, ERG)
- Plan, organize, and lead tasks and projects to ensure the quality of client deliverables.
- Leverage and improve various frameworks and methodologies within strategy development and implementation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of industry and market trends in providing recommendations to clients based on best practices.
- Interpret the results from multiple project components and translate these findings into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions.
- Work closely with client team members to generate practical solutions and ensure clients assume the ownership required for successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Min. 10-15 years experience in Mining – Mineral processing (engineering company or mine, concentrator or metallurgy operations company)
- Bachelor’s degree (Mining engineering / Mineral processing)
- Experience in mining operations in international companies
- Knowledge of technology best practice in Mining & Metals (M&M) and operations diagnostic and problem solving experience
- Ability to articulate how a problem is approached and decomposed
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with superior ability to interface well with individuals of varying levels and backgrounds in order to develop strong partnerships both internally and externally
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical skills and adaptation skills
- Excellent communication, demonstration and presentation skills
- Full computer literacy
- Strong command of written and spoken English (C2), and Russian, knowledge of other languages is a plus
