LeverX is looking for Lead Digital Marketing Manager. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to gain experience working with a global IT partner.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Requires 5+ years of experience in PPC/Traffic Management (experience in an IT company, working with SAP, E-Commerce and/or Custom Software Development services in North America & EMEA is a plus);
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora;
  • Ability to make independent decisions and a high level of self-organisation;
  • Ability to use analytical tools and analyze the results and efficiency of campaigns (Hubspot, Looker, Google Analytics);
  • Hypothesis generation, new approaches to traffic buying and their implementation;
  • Understanding of the sales funnel;
  • English: Advanced.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

  • Create a digital marketing strategy aimed at direct and non-direct lead generation.
  • Set up and maintain advertising campaigns on Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora;
  • Work with ABM, content and project management teams to create high conversion base campaigns;
  • Analyse and optimise campaigns and acquired customers;
  • Participate in the creative creation process (idea generation, communication with designers, JIRA tasks);
  • Organising A/B testing, creating hypotheses for ad campaigns and website, testing them and analysing the results;
  • Monitoring the budget and results in terms of compliance with objectives, OKRs and KPIs (MQL growth, cost per MQL optimization, CTR, etc).
