Role: Analyst
Unit: Analytics and OKRs
Mission: Develop user-friendly & self-explanatory reports and dashboards, and fully automate them so that zero manual adjustments are needed.
Ensure users are trained on how to use the reports for decision-making.
Critical skills:
1+ year in analytics in a high-paced tech or international company.
Strong or rapidly improving SQL and/or Python skills.
Experience in at least 2 of 3: operations, financial, and marketing/product analytics.
Experience in working at trading, payments, investments/audit, or blockchain companies is an advantage.
Do not tolerate a lack of logic or mess, and demand the highest standards for precise and MECE-defined roles and OKRs.
Finalist of a regional olympiad or FKN, Sovbak, MIPT, VMK, NES graduate – strong advantage.
Intermideate+ English.
(SQL or Python) and (PowerBI or dashboards) and analyst and (ФКН or Sovback or (Физтех and MIPT) or (ВМК and MSU) or (MAE or MAF and HSE) or NES or Bauman)
As a plus:
- Finalist of a regional olympiad or or top-tier university technical honors graduate.
