Belarusian IT company "AlgoBrains Solutions" is looking for a Junior HR Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Actively sourcing and recruiting candidates through platforms such as Dev.by, rabota.by, LinkedIn.
– Managing job postings for various positions, including developers, testers, DevOps and other.
– Conducting initial interviews following provided checklists.
– Creating candidate reports.
– Generating job offers.
– Monitoring the execution of HR processes including onboarding, assessments, training, and offboarding.
– Organizing team building activities and corporate events.
Requirements:
– Successful completion of courses in IT recruiting and HR management.
– Basic understanding of the IT industry and its main directions.
– English language proficiency at a minimum of B1 level.
– Ability to learn independently.
Interview stages:
– Test task
– Video call with HR
– Interview with company management.
