Position:

HR specialist with strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, talent management, process design and analytics.

You are:

motivated HR specialist with 1-3 years of relevant experience inside in-house or consulting companies, proficient in recruitment, sourcing & market research, analytics, talent management, open for career growth, resilient to change, using win-win approach, proactive mindset, eager to design high quality HR service, MS Office professional user, digital oriented

Scope:
Full cycle of recruitment&onboarding service delivery for office&commerce&tech support department starting from market research and investigation up to supporting along employee lifecycle both teams and newcomers, conducting performance management cycle
Designing and deployment of HR process improvements, launching and communicating HR products and changes

Core goals:

transformation and design of HR processes, launch and use ATS, build and implement HR KPI and metrics, become the HR heart and advisory for talented teams and extremely smart management board

Highly appreciated competencies: curiosity, logical thinking, proficient in digital approach, emotional intelligence & control, assertive behaviour, flexibility, eager to change & fearless to mistakes

Basic package:
