Responsibilities:
- Providing regular training processes for partners (restaurant business automation software) in Russian and English.
Planing, developing, organizing, and conducting training sessions. - Development and delivery of specialized technical courses.- Holding theoretical and practical classes.
- Conducting theoretical and practical classes.
- Development of methodological materials.- Training efficiency analysis.
- Preparation of questions and assignments for certification and attestation of trainees.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of training.
- Participate in the development and improvement of existing training models.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Russian professional working proficiency.
- Higher education (technical/mathematical preferably).
- Experience as a trainer: at least 2 years.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Presentation skills, communication skills.
- Independence, initiative, and autonomy.
- Experience in creating courses (preferably on e-learning platforms).
Desirable:
- Experience with enterprise automation systems (ERP systems, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse automation, accounting, HR, and production.
- Experience in learning how to work with enterprise automation systems (1C, Parus, etc.).
- Knowledge of specifics HoReCa market.
