Lev Haolam – at the heart of change!
In this role you will:
- Oversee the end-to-end IT development lifecycle of multiple IT projects
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the development team, gather internal client's business requirements, develop specifications
- Develop detailed project plans to manage end-to-end project activities, interdependencies, and their execution. We use Click Up as task management tool
- Determine the most effective project management methodology
- Manage and coordinate a distributed team, including providing training and development opportunities, monitoring team efficiency, identifying needs for team expansion, and actively participating in recruitment efforts
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams during project implementation
- Create and generate reports and metrics to monitor and assess team performance, and recommend enhancements to the development process
- Manage and oversee the project budget
- Set up and maintain a documentation system, ensuring compliance with established standards
What we expect from candidates:
- Minimum 3 years of successful IT project management experience
- Experience managing distributed teams of 10+ members
- Strong business analysis skills to drive and implement improvements
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in documentation development
- Proficient in creating reports and metrics to assess team performance
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies and ability to select the most suitable approach for each project
- Fluent in Russian, with English proficiency at a B2+ level
