Lev Haolam is seeking an experienced HR Manager/HRBP to drive the company's growth, build HR processes, develop the team, and increase employee satisfaction and engagement.

Lev Haolam is an Israeli company that supports small and medium businesses in disputed territories of Israel through a subscription service for unique products from Israel and an online store. Our international team of specialists works tirelessly to create opportunities for the development of Israel. At Lev Haolam, we value efficiency, and openness to innovation, and offer a chance to make a significant impact on the company's growth and our clients.

We have a young and ambitious team spread across 10 countries. English and Russian are our primary languages of communication.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish HR processes encompassing recruitment and onboarding, training and development, performance evaluation, motivation systems, and internal communications.

  • Adapt the organizational structure to accommodate our rapid company growth.

  • Recruit and hire employees by developing job profiles, defining recruitment strategies, conducting interviews and competency assessments, negotiating offers, and handling documentation.

  • Analyze the labor market in Israel, CIS, and the USA to devise effective staffing strategies.

  • Facilitate the seamless adaptation of new employees by creating adaptation plans with managers, monitoring their progress, and assisting in addressing any challenges.

  • Develop both tangible and intangible motivation programs to inspire our team.

  • Organize engaging events to foster employee engagement and shape our corporate culture.

  • Establish a unified HR information system and oversee personnel administration.

  • Formulate HR policies that cater to the unique requirements of our distributed teams.

  • Regularly communicate with the team, identify and address personal and professional concerns, and identify areas for growth and development.

What we expect from candidates:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (personnel management, psychology).

  • Demonstrated experience in building HR functions from scratch in fast growing companies (start-ups preferably)

  • Proven track record of implementing impactful changes in HR processes.

  • Experience working with distributed teams and a solid understanding of the nuances of developing HR policies in such environments.

  • Practical expertise in global talent acquisition within the IT and Marketing domains, including executive-level positions.

  • Proficiency in developing motivation programs tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Strong background in internal communications and developing the HR brand.

  • Fluent spoken and written proficiency in Russian and English. Interviews will be conducted in English for 50% of the process.

  • Knowledge of Hebrew is a plus.
