Sino Services helps Russian and Western companies to expand their business to China and to succeed in the Chinese market. We have an international team of seasoned professionals and offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Moscow.

Our main services include company formation, secretary services, bank account opening and legal consulting in Hong Kong, China and Singapore. We help international businesses to protect their assets, to minimize expenses and to optimise business models when they go to Asia. We use an individual approach to each client and work out a tailored solution targeting the client’s business needs.

Our company is growing fast, the number of incoming inquiries from potential new clients is constantly increasing. We expect to hire a Head of Sales who can build our sales system from scratch. Now mostly we work with old clients and with new clients by reference – our partners recommend us to their clients, but the system of sales for new “cold” clients requires structure. The main task for a new Head of Sales will be to develop the system of sales to new clients and to target more international clients.

We expect that you have:

– At least three years of experience in Sales of services and at least one year as a Head of Sales;

– Fluent English (Chinese language would be an advantage, but not a must), experience of living abroad, so you understand mentality and culture of foreign clients;

– Scalable results from your previous projects (please, mention in the Cover letter what exactly you did to build sales system and/ or sales team from scratch, what numbers you achieved; if you worked as a sales manager, not as a head of sales on certain previous projects – specify your input to the project in numbers);

– Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, leadership experience with foreign team would be an advantage (we have foreign colleagues);

– Experience with the consulting/ legal industry is an advantage, as you should understand the nature of our services.

Responsibilities: To build from scratch a solid sales system, to build a sales department (there are two sales managers at the moment), to create sales scripts, to analyze company’s interaction with new clients and to improve the conversion rate from a new lead to an order.

You will:

– Build a team of sales managers and sales assistants (we plan two-level sales model: sales assistants receive leads and qualify them, later they schedule video-calls for qualified leads with sales managers);

– Build motivation system for the sales team;

– Create effective scripts for sales managers and assistants, instantly correct the scripts depending on the feedback from clients, check effectiveness of the scrips;

– Plan target income monthly, make decomposition of sales plan for products/ services, for responsible employees inside the sales department, work out sales funnel and KPI;

– Explain plans and KPI to the sales team;

– Control payments received from clients (we work on post-payment model mostly, so payment should be received after the services have already been performed);

– Develop B2B sales, hire business development specialists in the future and write instructions guiding their work;

– Manage advertising and marketing activities, give tasks to a marketing specialist and control performance;

– To manage deals with key clients;

– To create and implement strategies to explore geographically new markets.
