This role is responsible for the overall growth of Admitad Partner Network, primarily in the United States, Brazil, Europe, APAC. The candidate will oversee the creation, execution, and leadership of strategy, including analysis, marketing, and sales, with the ultimate goal of growing revenue in the given markets. You should demonstrate a great track record in managing product marketing and interpreting marketing metrics. At Admitad Partner Network, we build long term partnerships that help thousands of merchants and businesses succeed by winning loyal customers and motivating their audience to promote their brand.

What will you do:

  • Create and execute overall marketing strategies to spread awareness of the company’s products and services that will lead to the revenue increase;
  • Set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets, and implement various incentives to ensure they are achieved;
  • Closely monitor competitors’ successes and failures, and learn from them;
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices;
  • Work closely with centralized companies' services;
  • Integrate user-experience feedback in product updates and innovation;
  • Actively work with the activation funnel.

What we expect:

  • A customer-centric personality;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Webtrends, Salesforce, etc.);
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in digital marketing on head positions and affiliate marketing as a major plus.
