WHAT YOU WILL DO

We need a talented educational manager-methodologist who combines the functions of:
– methodologist of educational methods in IT-Edtech;
– operational manager of the educational process.

The methodologist's responsibilities include designing the educational trajectory of courses and their architecture at the most modern level; forming the educational track within the concept of career-long education (for ~7 years for an average student); working with internal and external experts on the development of training modules; active study of the market demand.

The use of artificial intelligence in the IT sphere is already a reality and our graduates should be able to both learn alongside artificial intelligence and use it in their work activities. Therefore, we are starting to introduce ChatGPT mechanisms into our current programs both as a result of assistants and training students to work with their future A.I. colleagues. We expect the methodologist to have a meaningful understanding of how to integrate these tools naturally into the educational process.

Responsibilities of the operational manager of the educational process include scheduling, managing the teaching process and working with mentors, creating sprints, auditing classes, communicating with students and collecting NPS, working with alumni, and participating in the mentor recruitment process.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

– You do NOT need to write a mountain of methodological materials just to have them. Since we are small and dynamic, we always need MVPs that we quickly roll out to the nearest group. Our course actually changes for each subsequent group
– You do NOT need to prepare class content, presentations, or design classes in the LMS
– No student recruitment or sales involvement required

REQUIREMENTS

– Expertise in a wide range of educational technologies and methods
– Experience in andragogy
– English at least B2 (some mentors are English speakers)
– Technical mindset or technical education
– General high erudition
– IT background at an advanced user level (e.g., ability to explain the operation of client-server technology and basic Linux commands without referring to Google/expert)
– Management experience
