Digital Marketing Manager, remote, Serbia

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate digital marketing manager to join our remote team developing an IGaming platform. We welcome an ambitious, autonomous, and result oriented manager who will enjoy developing our platform on a global scale!

Ideal candidate:

• Marketing background, courses on Digital marketing and data analytics
• 3+ years in digital marketing as a manager or senior specialist
• able to create strategy for global marketing campaigns (idea, offers, bonuses, channels, KPI, etc)
• able to manage people and achieve results
• data driven, experienced in making numbers based decisions
• English and Russian as working languages
• Attention! It's for candidates who are not actually in RF

Your responsibilities:

Planning:

• development of a global plan for bonus campaigns
• creation of a calendar of sporting events (global + local by key geos)
• content planning for newsletters
• social media content planning

Management:

• campaigns budget (offers, bonuses, partners, etc)
• team of copywriters, designers, translators, operating managers.

Analytics:

• KPI and ROI of campaigns
• help teams set up new analyses
• help business leaders generate actionable insights from data
