ПодробнееDigital communications manager is responsible for all aspects of MAAG, ECRU, DUB and VILET brands perception coming from all online communications channels. Digital communications manager is in charge of managing social networks for 4 brands, 4 websites development and constant update, copywriting for all online communications channels, influencers marketing and other digital communication channels. The overall purpose of the job is to manage, develop and control execution of all online projects.
Role:
- Management of social media channels for 4 brands, including content production and copywriting
- Development of content calendar for social media channels
- Analysis of communities activity, tracking of KPIs, evaluation of performance using data analytics of social media channels
- Development and management of advertising campaigns on social networks
- Participation in the development and implementation of the content promotion plans
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports about social networks activities for brands
- Websites of the brands development, content management, copywriting
- Development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies for 4 brands
- Managing and improving of Customer Service on social networks
- Competitors activities and trends analysis
- Close cooperation with HQ teams and support with their digital marketing activities
Requirements:
- From 6 years work experience preferably as a Digital Marketing manager / Media / SMM manager
- Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Russian and English) including the ability to create a message and tone of voice according to the audience needs
- Experience in working with digital channels, copywriting experience is a plus
- Experience in cooperation with bloggers
- Interest in the latest digital marketing-communications trends
