As a Destination Manager, your primary goal will be to drive sales growth in your markets.
What you'll do
- Generate and implement ideas / hypotheses for the growth of the markets (destinations) you will be responsible for.
- Determine the market development strategy, market development goals and the resources needed to achieve them.
- Analyze the market, define new products to be released on the market.
- Manage the entire funnel of work with suppliers: attraction, negotiations with sights and suppliers, agreeing terms, signing a co-operation agreement, support in product creation, sales development at the supplier.
- Analyze your market: scale successful cases and resolve problems with unsuccessful ones.
- Represent the WeGoTrip brand at webinars, supplier meetings, exhibitions.
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years experience in a Business Development role within travel tech industry;
- Experience in promoting B2C IT products (marketplaces, mobile apps. etc);
- English at C1 (advanced) level: written and oral skills;
- Exceptional sales and communication skills;
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
- Ability to organise your work independently;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
