Your Role

As a vital member of the LoyaltyPlant team, you will:

  • Craft Marketing Strategies: Develop, approve, manage and execute customer acquisition strategies across various regions, ensuring our product is well-positioned and visible.
  • Optimize Conversion Funnel: Focus on increasing top-of-funnel lead flow while improving lead quality, building a robust conversion funnel.
  • Content Expertise: Create compelling content to guide leads through the funnel, showcasing the uniqueness and effectiveness of our product.
  • Multi-Channel Approach: Develop organic and paid channels with a clear testing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve broader goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Handle corporate communications to deliver a brand-consistent message that resonates with our target audience.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and progress toward goals, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

What We Look for in You

  • B2B Lead Generation Expertise: Bring 3-5 years of solid experience in IT B2B lead generation to the table. Your expertise will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy.
  • Passion and High Quality Standards: Demonstrate an unwavering passion for getting things done and an ability to deliver high-quality results. Your commitment to excellence is crucial in achieving our ambitious goals.
  • Language Proficiency: Exhibit confident English communication skills at a minimum C1 level. Your ability to communicate effectively in English is crucial for our international projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across borders.
  • Skill Blend: You are a unique blend of skills, embodying a desire to lead and grow as a head, coupled with hands-on capabilities. This dual skill set positions you for growth into a leadership role at a global level.
  • Leadership Experience: While not mandatory, having 1 year or more in a head/lead position is a significant advantage. Your leadership skills will contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Global Exposure: While not a prerequisite, having experience in global markets such as the USA, UK, GCC, and Europe is a significant advantage. Your understanding of diverse markets adds value to our international B2B marketing efforts, enriching our strategies with cultural insights.
