We are looking for a Country Head for a top international affiliate program in Asia, Africa

We are considering candidates for different GEOs. Comfortable FIX and worthy bonus

Responsiblities:

You will need to work on tasks below:

Marketing and brand development

You have an excellent product vision: you clearly know where to go and what route to take. You put forward bold hypotheses, calculate all the risks and boldly get down to business

• Develop and coordinate marketing strategy;

• Find and engage partners to work in the affiliate program;

• Market research of competitors, refinement of the affiliate program;

• Participation in specialized events;

• Tests of working schemes, building work processes (farmers, media buying, seo, accounting);

• Market research on licensing in assigned country;

• Search, discussion and signing of the contracts, as well as integration of the payment systems – launching of the products;

• Getting a license – development and adaptation of the product according to local legislation and marketing peculiarities of the countries.

Financial management

You are financially literate: you know how to plan a budget; how to keep your budget within limits; you understand that any investment should be justified and make a profit

• Budget optimization;
• Formation of the payroll and the system of material incentives.

Technical part

You know how the advertising flow is technically arranged and what purposes each of the parameters in the referral link serves

• Setting up postbacks (s2s) and trackers;
• Testing new methods and launching: PWA apps, blackhat seo, pbn, behavioral factors.

Team management

Your team should see you as a leader who leads them, teaches by your own example how to achieve and maintain results, and also helps employees grow

• Searching and building a working team of projects;
• Setting plans and tasks to achieve goals;
• Monitoring performance and daily reporting;
• Motivating team members for their effective work;
• Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks.

You are our candidate if you:

• Have similar experience with gambling vertical from 3 years;
• Managed a team of 10 people;
• Have experience in training and mentoring staff;
• Understand traffic sources;

• Experience in iGaming.

Conditions:

• Remote work;
• Working hours: 5/2 with an 8-hour working day 10.00 to 19.00, days off – Sat.Sun.;
